              Dear Brothers and Sisters,

              Karnataka Trimatastha Sri Guru Ravidasa Parishad is a state level organization with scientific thinking, progressive objectives and selfless operations for the all-round prosperity of tanners known by three names, Dohar, Machigara, Samagara. No one is important here; No one is unimportant. The welfare of the community is paramount!

These people of the same clan origin, who have practiced the manufacture of leather products for several centuries, have remained isolated for centuries due to the misconception that they are different, not knowing their origin. The aim of the Parishad is to unite these three brothers and unite them in mutual trust, intimacy, respect, love and affection, and remove the evils of the caste system that made them believe that they are different, unite them in everything like profession, instinct, behavior, and make them a whole community.

The Tri-State Sri Guru Ravidasa Parishad has been functioning for the past 6 years, starting in 2018 at Basava Bhavan, Bangalore. The name ‘Karnataka Trimastha Tanners Parishad’ has also been re-registered with renaming as ‘Trimastha Sri Guru Ravidasa Parishad’.

More than 90 percent of our families are below the poverty line because of centuries of disunity. // Untouchability has stuck to us even today without changing the professions of Kulaksuba. // We have invalidated the precious principles and instructions of Buddha, Basava, Baba Saheb // We have removed education and social awareness. // are thus deprived without understanding our rights and duties. || We don’t have production resources like land, factories. | From the Gram Panchayat level to Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, we have not got representation. | We are not civil service officers. / We are also very backward in education. Restoring our rights is the only way to escape from all these destructions.

For that, the following plans and claims to be presented to the government were formulated and the Chief Minister in 2021, Hon’ble Mr. B.S. Yeddyurappa, Union Minister Hon’ble Shri Prahlada Joshi, Chief Minister Hon’ble Shri Basavaraja Bommai, present Chief Minister Hon’ble Shri Siddaramaiah, Hon’ble Minister in Gokaka and Bangalore with delegation Shri Satish Jarakiholi and Social Welfare Minister Hon’ble Shri H. C. Appeals have been made to Mahadevappa through Mukhta and 12 different District Collectors and to the Chief Secretary. On January 06, 2024, a petition was submitted to former Union Minister Hon’ble Mr. Sushil Kumar Sinde with a delegation in Sollapur under the leadership of our favorite MLA and Honorary President of the Council, Hon’ble Mr. Vithala Kattak Dhond, which includes all our projects and claims below. The council also published in its manifesto in 2018 after its inception. It has been many years since the full and abbreviated forms of this manifesto reached thousands of thinkers in the community through WhatsApp.

Council Schemes:

1. Establishment of a separate development corporation for third parties.

2. The establishment of a single Gurupeeth and the acceptance of a single Guru for all Tripartites has been largely accomplished by the community.

Have to participate. 3. Establishment of State Level Tripartite Educational Institution.

4. Accurate Census of Tripartite.

5. Establishment of State Level Co-operative Societies. 6. Establishment of Tripartite Housing Co-operative Society.

7. Construction of Valmiki Bhavan Model Community Bhavans with Library in every major town,

8. Construction of well equipped hostels with library for tertiary students.

9. 9. Establishment of permanent registration center for third party brides and grooms. Achieving prosperity.

9. 9. In Dharwad in 1917 Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and its membership process in recent years. The registration of membership in “The Dharwad Machigar Co-operative Credit Society Un Limited” which was stopped and closed has already been resumed by the Council in cooperation with the local bodies. This society should be revived, its historic building of over a century should be preserved as a heritage building and ‘Shatamanotsava Bhavan’ should be built in memory of Baba Saheb and made into a tripartite cultural study and development centre. It should shine as a center of attention for the integrity and unity of the entire tripartite of the country.

9. 9. Publication of an index of ideological literature, history and brief introduction of members to create awareness among the Tripartite.

9. 9. Establishment of sections like “Sneha Sampada”, “Yuva Kala Mandali”, “Women’s Forum” etc. for cultural activities.

9. 9. Development of shrines like Shegunasi, Kakkari, Barkur, Kattattila etc. related to Trimathastha.

9. 9. Establishment of a fixed fund of one crore rupees collected through donations for the financial security of the Parishad.

Our claim before the government:

 

1. 1. As the 18 castes of the tripartite range have been unscientifically included in the 6% Madiga group by the Sadashiva Commission, the tripartite community has to suffer massive deprivation. Therefore, the government should consider the 18 castes of the third party as a separate category and set a separate reservation.

1. 1. Our Dohar brother community, which is an integral part of Tripartite Tanner Bandha, should be transferred back to Tripartite Tanner Group from the nomadic category included by Shri Madhuswami sub-committee.

1. 1. Out of the 36 reserved constituencies in the Karnataka Assembly, the government should reserve at least 5 constituencies for the three-member tanners, commensurate with our population of 14 lakhs. 4. Until the tripartite community comes into the mainstream of society, a tripartite should be a nominated member of the Legislative Council.

1. 1. Appointment of one tripartite member in the Karnataka Public Service Commission should be mandatory.

1. 1. Dr. in 1917 in Dharwad. B.R. Ambedkar founded “The Dharwad Machigara Co-operative Credit Society, Un Limited” is the revival of this institution.

Savina’s appeal is that the tripartite brothers should participate in the honest struggle of Sri Guru Ravidasa Parishad in all these activities and make this popular movement of community revival a success.
